Week 87: Utah in Bolivia

Que tal yall! 

This week flew by super fast. 
Not much happened this week. 

On Sunday we had Peatón with is basically where driving is illegal for a day. It's fun for everyone but the missionaries because it means no one comes to church. 😭 but we Had a good service with basically the Branch size assistance we had and we also got to have a really good lunch with the stake president and his family and some other members from the ward. Some really good Steak

We had a noche de hogar this week with a family who are practically Utahns. They go there like 10 times a year and always bring back goodies. I had Swiss miss for the first time in a year and I forgot how amazing that stuff is. It was incredible. I also had some US pretzels and the dad loves Hokas and has like 10 pairs. First time seeing Hokas here in Bolivia too! They are a super cool family. 

Today we had P day con los lideres de la misión. It was super fire. We went up into the mountains for a hike and then played sports and some fun games. It was a good day.

Monday, Aug. 4, 2025 Que tal yall!  This week was jam packed and very good!  We had a lot of work in the offices this week and we were able to get everything done!  On Tuesday our pension made us a special lunch for my birthday! Pique Machu and a cake of Marecua. Very yummy.  During the week, we had some cool miracles. Including a tender mercy of me finding a man with a Chiefs sweatshirt! He was super cool and i got to take a picture with him.  On Saturday, we visited Elder Bott and Elder Ramos, the zone leaders of zona Sarco, and had a good study. Then we had interviews with President in the mission home. It was my final interview and it was very special. He gave me some amazing advice for after my mission.  Then, we got to help Hermana Lopera make Columbian Empanadas. Super ricas.
