Monday, April 29, 2024 Que tal yall! Wow what an amazing week!  Monday Had a great p-day. Threw some dimes with Elder evans. Got a pizza and played some volleyball which was fun. Then I went on a mini evening exchange with Elder evans which was awesome. Love that man Tuesday Started the day with an early lesson with Jonathan! He is progressing really well and reading the book of mormon every day. He is on date to be baptized on may 18th and very determined to meet that goal! After the lesson we went to Sierra blanca! Always a great day when we go to sierra blanca. Most people there have very humble circumstances and it really makes me realize how truly blessed I am to not only be in the gospel of jesus christ but also to be able to serve a mission and have really good living conditions. The allens took us out to eat like always. Some really good Mexican food.  Wednesday  We did some more service for our homie Simon who is in the Montana Vista area. (Spanish) he's a dawg. ...

Monday, April 22, 2024  Que tal yall!  This week was really awesome! We had some amazing miracles. Here's some highlights. -Elder Magnusson and I worked hard all week and found a lot of new people to teach and had 27 member present lessons.  -Luis passed his baptismal interview! -Had some amazing dinners including 5 guys and some absolutely incredible carne asada with guacamole and potatoes with the Flores family. - ran into a J dub who gave us soda and asked us what God's name was (they always do) and then left us with "homework." Super nice guy. Most of the ones I've talked to here are really nice and give us food so that's hype.  -had an amazing miracle where we received a referral. And unlike a lot of them where we get ghosted, this guy is awesome! He's wife is an inactive member who wants to come back and he wanted to get baptized and then sealed to her for eternity! He asked when he could get baptized and together we picked a date for may 18th! Such ...

Monday, April 15, 2024 Que tal yall!  This week was crazy. Let's get into it  Monday  P day. Basically just chilled with the dawgs all day because I sent my basketball shoes home with some other stuff this last week that I sent up with the Frizzells who were going up to Utah for conference. That was super clutch of them. Thank you guys! Tuesday We had a lesson with this homie we found on Sunday and we put him on date to be baptized on May 4th! From the start we talked about baptism and he has never been baptized. We talked about how God's power and authority to preform miracles in his name and provide saving Ordinances is on the earth. He was hyped when we told him about this and so as of right now he will be baptized In a few weeks! Wednesday  Volunteered at the food bank which is always fun. Went tracting and it is getting way hotter here so you gotta love the finding grind in the heat.  The Frizzells took us out to dinner to Texas roadhouse. And it was so bus...

Monday, April 8, 2024 Que tal yall!  This week was bussin here's some highlights Abuelita took us out to lunch on Tuesday. Went to tacos don cuco. She's so awesome and funny Went on an powerful exchange with Elder Armendariz and it was awesome. The gift of tongues is real. Before one of the longer lessons, I prayed to be able to have the gift of tongues and be able to say everything I needed too. I was able to understand everything that was going on and teach just fine. Then I was able to bear my testimony at the end and it was so powerful and I had no problems speaking. It was flowing. I know that the lord was helping me and it was just so awesome.  On Thursday we had a lesson with Luis and we commited him to pray about his baptismal date! He says that he is so happy he's on this path. So hyped for him I've been teaching him my whole mission, back with Elder Carbine and mecham and then with Elder mecham and we grew to be homies with him and its so awesome to see how hi...

 Monday, April 1, 2024 Que tal yall!  How was yalls week? Mine was pretty good. The email that I already was about to send just deleted lol. So im gonna rewrite it rq.  I don't have a lot of time this is gonna be pretty quick sorry in advance  -got to go to Sierra Blanca this week which was awesome  -did some service for the Allens and they took us out to get Mexican food at one of the 2 places to eat in town. Bussin -had to say goodbye to the Allens which was tough. I might not be back in Sierra Blanca until after my mission  -tracted for an hour and found 2 people -took some gas flicks with Elder Mecham. Such a beast love that boy  - had dinner that night with Brother Maser at Burger King  -had an incredible Easter.  - a powerful Easter program. Monday, March 25, 2024 ¡Que tal yall!  How was yalls week? Tuesday we hit the finding grinding and it just felt like we were In a slump.  Pretty much the same thing with Wednesday. It just felt super slow and we weren't having a ton of success.  But on Thursday, we had zone conference!! Got to be reunited with my boy Elder Mecham! So nice to be able to chop it up with him again. Such a dawg. Mecham i love you and miss you (For anyone who doesn't know what zone conference is, basically just a ton of missionaries in different zones get together and the mission president and his wife and the leaders of the mission provide training and counsel and how we can do better as missionaries and disciples of Jesus Christ. It Is super powerful. And we get to see the dawgs who we only get to see every 6 weeks) I also got to see my boy Elder Mitton again!  Such a beast. We are hoping we can fly out to Bolivia together.  It's so hype that he's in the south now! Love you Mitton...
