Monday, May 27, 2024 Que tal yall! To start out: LETS GOOO HIGHLAND TENNIS! STATE CHAMPS!!!! ahhh man I'm so happy for you guys!!!! Congratulations!!!! Ahhh I'm so happy! Love you guys!!! Lets goooooo!!!!!!!! It's been a great week here in Cochabamba!  Heres what happened this week: -had 2 days of traimates which is basically doing stuff for my residency. Had to get up at 5am last Thursday and today as well which was brutal. Apparently I still have 3 more days to do -Elder Staheli had his birthday so our pensionista made us pizza and tres leches with Coke. So yummy -had a fire lesson with our friend Miguel and put him on date to be baptized on June 10th! -walked a ton. I have shin splints -mixed cement and helped a family with the construction of their house. Hard work but a great opportunity to serve! -got weighed at the doctors today and I'm already down 5 pounds  -the Coke here is good. Monday, May 20, 2024 Que tal yall! To start out, the last few days in America were lit. Got to run it up with Elder Duarte and Elder Meservy and it was lit. We had a great time and got to teach a lot of Spanish lessons. Spent the last night with the APs and then Thursday morning pres and the APs took us to the airport. Had to say goodbye to them (they are dawgs especially President Edwards I'm gonna miss that guy). We started our long journey. Went to Atlanta, then Miami where we met up with the other missionaries who got their visas too. Saw some of the homies from my branch at the MTC which was lit. Got Chick-fil-A the one one last time and then hopped on the flight on Boa to Santa Cruz Bolivia on the flight I taught the restoration to a Bolivian and he's interested in the gospel which is super cool and we read from the Book of Mormon together and then once we got there we had to buy our visas which was kind of stressful it was all in Spanish and it was a little confusing but...

Monday, May 13, 2024 Que tal yall!  Here's some highlights of the week  -Went on some fire exchanges with Elder Gonzalez, Elder Evans and Elder Zaragoza. Had some amazing miracles and saw the gift of tongues being manifest big time. Got to go to Papa Erick's one last time with Brother Maser  Had zone conference which was mega powerful. A big focus on joy.  Got to see the dawgs from the other zones again which was lit. I love Elder Mecham, Elder Lee, and Elder Mecham so much. Then I had to say goodbye to them for the next 16 months which was sad. I love you boys.  Jonathan had his baptism this week! It was so amazing and a wonderful service. And they made some amazing food. I love Jonathan and it's been amazing to teach him over the last month. This man was absolutely prepared by the lord and he's already looking forward to the next covenants he will make with Heavenly Father! Got to call home for mother's day!  Monday, May 6, 2024 Que tal yall! Wow. What a week. Let's dive right in. (Stay tuned for a surprise) Monday  Threw some dimes with Elder Evans and Elder Gonzalez on the field. Super lit. Also we played some sand volleyball and that was really fun. Elder Magnusson and I split a pizza and we had a great dinner with our homie Jonathan and Danya! They took us out to a really amazing Mexican steakhouse. It was so buss.  Tuesday  Worked hard. Went to the chiropractor.  Wednesday  Instead of going to the food bank we went to do some service for our homie Jonathan! They are moving houses still in the Soccoro ward boundaries. So we helped move a lot of stuff. Elder Evans and Elder Gonzalez went with us which was super fun. Jonathan has one of the new ion-5 electric cars and that thing can go 0-60 way quick. Monday, April 29, 2024 Que tal yall! Wow what an amazing week!  Monday Had a great p-day. Threw some dimes with Elder evans. Got a pizza and played some volleyball which was fun. Then I went on a mini evening exchange with Elder evans which was awesome. Love that man Tuesday Started the day with an early lesson with Jonathan! He is progressing really well and reading the book of mormon every day. He is on date to be baptized on may 18th and very determined to meet that goal! After the lesson we went to Sierra blanca! Always a great day when we go to sierra blanca. Most people there have very humble circumstances and it really makes me realize how truly blessed I am to not only be in the gospel of jesus christ but also to be able to serve a mission and have really good living conditions. Monday, April 22, 2024  Que tal yall!  This week was really awesome! We had some amazing miracles. Here's some highlights. -Elder Magnusson and I worked hard all week and found a lot of new people to teach and had 27 member present lessons.  -Luis passed his baptismal interview! -Had some amazing dinners including 5 guys and some absolutely incredible carne asada with guacamole and potatoes with the Flores family. - ran into a J dub who gave us soda and asked us what God's name was (they always do) and then left us with "homework." Super nice guy. Most of the ones I've talked to here are really nice and give us food so that's hype.  -had an amazing miracle where we received a referral. And unlike a lot of them where we get ghosted, this guy is awesome! He's wife is an inactive member who wants to come back and he wanted to get baptized and then sealed to her for eternity! He asked when he could get baptized and together we picked a date for may 18th! Such ...
