Monday, June 24, 2024 Que tal yall!  This week has been crazy! We had the big mission conference on Friday with the whole mission. Some great wisdom from President and Hermana Quezada. Had a good lunch with Brazilian food.  We had the split and president had us sing "I'll go where you want me to go" in Spanish all together and when we felt from the spirit that which mission we were going to is where we are needed to be we stood up. One by one everyone stood up throughout the song and it was very powerful.  We had the split and I am going to be staying up north in the Bolivia Cochabamba North Mission! The new mission president gets here this week.  We also had the departing goodbyes for President and Hermana Quezada. Very emotional. I'm going to miss them!  Had to say goodbye to the dawgs going to the south mission which was tough. Gonna miss those guys! Especially Elder Young and Christofferson. Monday, June 17, 2024 Que tal yall!  How was yalls week?  A little bit of a harder week here in Bolivia but we got Jesus Christ with us so it's all good!  Happy fathers day to all of you awesome dads. Thank you to all of the men in my life (especially my dad) who are my role models and amazing examples of the Savior. I love you guys! Elder Staheli and I worked hard and really tried to find people to share the gospel with but Faced a lot of rejection this week. We got discouraged and at times our faith was dwindling In our area.  But then I went on an amazing exchange with Elder Heaton. We were at the MTC at the same time and got to go on an exchange! It was so awesome. I learned so much from him. He is an amazing missionary. He really helped me to have more faith In my area and trust that this is where the lord needs me now and I have a work to do here. Monday, June 10, 2024 Que tal yall!  First off last week I forgot to put my cousin Phin In the email. It was his birthday too last week! Lets gooooo happy birthday Phin! Aright lets get into the week! Tuesday Had district council and got an absolutely terrible migraine. Threw up like 10 times in hours. After a blessing, some medicine prescribed from Doctor Quezada and sleeping the rest of the day I felt good enough to go to dinner with a member family. They took us to Rey de los Carnes. A really good restaurant with meat. Gas.  Wednesday  Got to go to the temple! What an amazing blessing. The Cochabamba temple is so pretty and the spirit was so strong! Our district went and it's only a 10 minute walk from our apartment which is awesome. After we went to the gift shop owned by a member and I finally got a coin holder. It's got the temple engraved on it which is drip. Also at at our pensionistas house for lunch and she made some amazing tacos. I had like 13 they were so goo...

Monday, June 3, 2024 Que tal yall!  Not too much happened this week.  Our area is a grind right now trying to help people come unto Christ. But every week doing the Lord's work has highlights! -had another day of traimates and since it took so long I got to have some chickens kingdom! So good but wrecked my stomach later.... (I'll spare the details but it was rough) -Found a new guy to teach! He's very interested and after sharing the restoration with him he happily accepted el libro de mormon.  -Miguel is doing great! He is still on date for this Saturday and came to church yesterday!  -we got asked very last minute yesterday to teach the YSA Sunday School class at church yesterday. It actually went very well and Miguel was there too and enjoyed it! -Played a ton of futbol today and had a salteña. Yummy love those thing -I miss American food so much. Like so so much. The pension food is pretty good but I just want to eat a whole pizza and a triple cheeseburger from ...

Monday, May 27, 2024 Que tal yall! To start out: LETS GOOO HIGHLAND TENNIS! STATE CHAMPS!!!! ahhh man I'm so happy for you guys!!!! Congratulations!!!! Ahhh I'm so happy! Love you guys!!! Lets goooooo!!!!!!!! It's been a great week here in Cochabamba!  Heres what happened this week: -had 2 days of traimates which is basically doing stuff for my residency. Had to get up at 5am last Thursday and today as well which was brutal. Apparently I still have 3 more days to do -Elder Staheli had his birthday so our pensionista made us pizza and tres leches with Coke. So yummy -had a fire lesson with our friend Miguel and put him on date to be baptized on June 10th! -walked a ton. I have shin splints -mixed cement and helped a family with the construction of their house. Hard work but a great opportunity to serve! -got weighed at the doctors today and I'm already down 5 pounds  -the Coke here is good. Monday, May 20, 2024 Que tal yall! To start out, the last few days in America were lit. Got to run it up with Elder Duarte and Elder Meservy and it was lit. We had a great time and got to teach a lot of Spanish lessons. Spent the last night with the APs and then Thursday morning pres and the APs took us to the airport. Had to say goodbye to them (they are dawgs especially President Edwards I'm gonna miss that guy). We started our long journey. Went to Atlanta, then Miami where we met up with the other missionaries who got their visas too. Saw some of the homies from my branch at the MTC which was lit. Got Chick-fil-A the one one last time and then hopped on the flight on Boa to Santa Cruz Bolivia on the flight I taught the restoration to a Bolivian and he's interested in the gospel which is super cool and we read from the Book of Mormon together and then once we got there we had to buy our visas which was kind of stressful it was all in Spanish and it was a little confusing but...
